Made with fine flours imported from Italy & our own lievito madre (mother yeast), focaccia is a rustic staple of Italian culture. Using exceptional yet simple ingredients come create a Palma style sourdough focaccia with us ✨🍽️ 

Enjoy a glass of prosecco, a taste of focaccia & other aperitivi from our kitchen. Together we will explore the history of focaccia, hand kneading & the magic of sourdough. Take home instructions to finish baking your focaccia at home. . . your dough will need time to rest & rise overnight 🌞
