Our 1810 carriage house is a magical place where friends and family come together to share a magnificent feast and gracious service.

The ground floor kitchen dining room has all the warmth and spirit of home. The second floor library is filled with books and stories. It’s a place where time stops, and memories are created.

Day or night, our Carriage House room embraces you and becomes yours for the night. We only book one party per floor per evening. Palma will create the same feast for you as she would at home for her friends and family.

Palma was an early pioneer of photoshoot catering, winning a lifelong following from photographers, models, designers and entertainers. Since then she has evolved her company into a full service boutique caterer. In Italy, every day is an occasion to celebrate. We begin our day thinking about what we are going to cook! Come do the cooking with us and learn how to make pasta, risotto, suga, cariofi, gnocchi, tiramisu and whatever else we think about that day!

Cooking class parties are a great way to bond groups of friends or corporate events. After the class, relax and enjoy the feast that you and your group created. Every class is individually designed. They can be taught in Italian and better yet, in Italy.

Every day Palma's produce arrives from Camp Hill Farm as well as from local open-air markets. Palma's extended family John McDowell, Alexandra Spadea and their daughter Luna Lucia began the biodynamic and organic Camp Hill Farm in the Hudson Valley. Palma believes that every season provides the body what it naturally craves and needs.
